Andy's house

We have recently joined a home school group and once a month we get together to let the kids play for the afternoon. The house we meet at is a mini farm. It is more difficult than pulling teeth to get Peyton to leave. She loves the critters so much.

Logan has not warmed up yet to holding the chickens but enjoys them from a safe distance.
Peyton is now asking if we can have critters just like her friends. We are now thinking about getting some chickens. The things Larry puts up with. I don't know if he would have married me if he knew what he was getting into.

Valentines Day

The kids got a special Valentines book and some chocolate... they were in Heaven.

We got together with some of our friends at the park and decorated the largest heart cookies you have ever seen. The kids loaded them with so much sprinkles and candy that they were buzzing on a sugar high for hours!

Helping Daddy

Logan was terrified of the blower and the lawn mower until Larry offered for him to help... now Larry can't get Logan to stop helping.

New Years Day

We started 2009 with a rolling start! The kids got new bikes on New Years Day and they spent all day riding them. They look so cute on those little things, especially Logan who is only 2 and is riding like a pro!

Playing in the snow at the cabin Christmas Break

This is our "little" snowman we built, the snow was pretty icy and it was difficult to accomplish even this little thing.
Sledding down Up Hill
Peyton and Uncle Tim making snow angels
The kids wanted to continue sledding the following day so they took turns pulling each other around on the sled.

When they got tired of pulling each other Larry pulled them.

Christmas at Bob and Connies

Acting out the Nativity has become an annual tradition at Larry's families house. All of the children and some of the adults dress up to act it out. The rest of use participate in singing and watching these precious moments when our children are learning so much about our Saviors birth.
Logan was a Wise Man and Larry was a Shepard
Peyton along with her cousins Allie and Lindsey and her aunt Christy were angels.
Larry can never keep a straight face while doing things like this, he always likes to add his sense of humor to everything he does... just one of the many reasons why I love him so much. He keeps life fun!

Christmas Morning

Logan is continuing to work on his Thomas the Train collection and loved getting more train pieces.
Peyton is in love with horses and that is all she wanted for Christmas, this horse "Skittles" is a very special present from her Grandpa.
Tim is going to Iraq in March, so we all pitched in and he got an Ipod for those long boring moments in between the exciting ones.
Nana and Tim spent Christmas Eve and Grandpa joined us early in the morning so they could watch the kids open their gifts on Christmas.
